Job description:
● In charge of generating leads from SEO, SEM, SMM/SMO and other channels.
● Review and tracking of all inbound/outbound calls.
● Cash collection from clients.
● Responsible for conducting company presentations to the clients.
● Client visit on demand.
● Key Account Manager for prominent customers.
● Responsible for maintaining client database based on scope and revenue.
● Responsible for competition analysis.
● Understanding clients' business goals and providing inputs to the execution team to accomplish those goals.

Digital Marketing Manager

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job description:
● Understanding clients' business goals and driving SEM/SMO/SEO strategies to accomplish those goals.
● Planning and ensuring smooth and timely execution all orders.
● Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
● Troubleshooting and fixing performance issues in paid and organic campaigns.
● Providing relevant inputs for content/copy writing.
● Communicating with all the stakeholders (internal and external) to get desired results for the campaigns.

Job description:

● Troubleshooting performance issues in Google Ads.
● Conducting on-page and off-page SEO.
● Writing engaging copy for the ads.
● Page management of client's company pages on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
● Performance management of paid campaigns on social media.
● Managing the client's database and coordinating with them at every stage of the campaign.
● Raising timely invoices.
● Interacting with clients over the phone, emails, or social media channels.

Design Specialist

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Job description:
● Creating images for social media posts using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Visualising and implementing client briefs.
● Co-ordinating with the copywriter for generating the copy for the creative and caption.
