Google has launched a new feature for businesses listed on its search page. Now customers (existing/prospective) can directly ask questions to the business using their Android/iOS devices. Once the business replies to these queries the user would receive a notification on their device. The reply would be published on the Google listing page and will be visible to all the users. Users also have the option of replying to the queries posted by someone else. The business would receive updates (push notifications on devices) when customers ask and answer questions about their business.

Businesses and users can thumbs-up questions and answers from other people.
